Ammonium hydroxide (Liquor Ammonia, Aqua Ammonia) Liquor Ammonia, also called Aqueous Ammonia, is produced by dissolving anhydrous ammonia in water. It is colourless liquid with a very pungent odour. Liquor Ammonia is an excellent acid neutralizer whose pH varies with concentration.
