Strontium Sulphate is widely applied in the manufacturing of Barium Salts, pigments, special glass, printing inks, paints, filler for textiles, linoleum, paper, rubber, base for colour lakes, as pigment and white lead substitutes. Strontium Sulphate is converted to carbonate in industrial applications and is used as a ceramic precursor and the nitrate for use in pyrotechnics. It is offered in Technical and Laboratory Grade.
