SODIUM NITRATE is a common ingredient added to processed meats and fish that helps preserve the food and prevent bacterial growth. It is available with or without anti-clogging agent. It is used for agent production anticorrosion, as an oxidizing agent, as an additive for concrete, as raw material in the explosives manufacturing, in the production of paints and varnish in the dye industry or in the production of fertilizers containing nitrogen.
