SODIUM ACETATE TRIHYDRATE (Sodium Acetate) is an alkaline salt, being the product of a strong base and a weak acid. Sodium acetate is used in the textile industry to neutralize sulphuric acid waste streams and also as a photoresist while using aniline dyes. In leather industry used as a pickling agent in chrome tanning, in chemical industry used in the manufacture of diazo compounds, and in rubber industry to retard vulcanization of chloroprene in synthetic rubber production. Sodium acetate is used to mitigate water damage to concrete by acting as a concrete sealant. It is offered in Technical Grade. It is available in the form of White deliquescent powder; Crystals packed in 25kg, 50kg HDPE Bag. We can offer it in many grades as per the application needs in different industry sectors.
