GYPSUM FOOD GRADE (Calcium Sulphate, Calcium Sulphate Dihydrate) Gypsum powder is mainly used in building materials such as drywall, but it is also useful in agriculture as a soil fertilizer and conditioner. Gypsum can be also be used as a food additive to enhance the texture of ingredients in processed foods. It can be used in small amounts in food and beverage production. In the food industry, gypsum may be used as an anti-caking agent, drying agent, dough-strengthened, firming agent, color enhancer, stabilizer and thickener. It is offered in Industrial and Food Grade. It is available in the form of White Powder packed in 25kg, 50kg HDPE Bag.
